I've never loved sewing despite my late mom being a tailor. Entah tak tau kenapa. Mmmm....but then so does baking! I didn't fancy baking then but I am so into baking and decorating cakes nowadays...so why should sewing be any different? Who knows I might fall deeply in love with sewing like I do with baking and decorating cakes.....huhu..... It all started when hubby told me that I should buy a sewing machine. Truth is he has to alter 2 pants and it took me ages to bring those pants to the tailor. Mmmm..... Ok was all I said and started to browse those sewing machines online.
This morning, we went to Cheras and I bought a sewing machine! My very first sewing machine! Wuuuuhuuuu...... Too bad sayang, initially I wanted to buy those cheapo ones but I fell in love with Brother NV 50! With this machine, sewing seems so easy...... Balik2 terus potong seluar hubby. Being a novice, biasalah slowmo je keja.... Sakit kepala pulak tu.... Owh....so not good!!!! Anyway, NV 50 ni banyak function. Simple jahit tepi pun boleh.... Wah, jahit baju kurung la lepas ni..... Senang sangat nak operate mesin ni, sampai nak tertidur masa jahit seluar hubby (hehehe melampau tuh!). Pics of the machine:

ReplyDeletedulu ada beli mesin raleigh hitam. tapi dok tersimpan dalam bilik sebab kalo nak menjait pegi umah mak jer.. mesin besar puas hati.
Faiz, rancangannya macam tu la! Agak2 tak pandai jahit baju kurung, buat jubah yang jahit straight je..... Hehehe..... Uisy, tak guna ke mesin jahit tu? Awat tak lelong2? Er....tp sesuai ke utk yg novice aka buta menjahit mcm Syima ni? Teringat mesin jahit arwah mak yg kena goyang kaki tu.... Yg syima punya tekan butang on off je.... Itu pun boleh lari jahitan.... Opssss malu weh!!!
