Demi Masa.....

Sedar tak sedar, hari raya dah berlalu......24 jam berputar dengan laju.... apa yang dah dibuat sejak raya hari tu? Pertamanya, bercuti dengan keluarga di Cherating. Kenapa kami suka ke Eastern Pavilion? 1st tentulah sebab private poolnya, dengan mama dan papa sekali terjun.... bonding time....buat aktiviti yang tak pernah kami buat iaitu bersukan dalam air... team terlebih sorang, so Nurin kena la jadi pengadil. Memang seronok...jauh dari rumah, jauh dari segala tekanan yang ada kat rumah (ye la... kat rumah mama mestilah stress, nak rumah sentiasa in order). I'm just glad we spent the night there. Mula-mula, I dah malas nak book bilik, tapi akhirnya book jugak bilik. Alhamdulillah, tak menyesal. Demam dan cirit birit yang melanda diri mama waktu hari raya pun hilang dengan short vacation tu.

Salam Aidil Adha

Kami sekeluarga mengucapkan Selamat Hari Raya Aidil Adha kepada semua umat Islam. Semoga ibadah korban kita diterima olehNya. Al-Fatihah untuk 3 orang mangsa yang terlibat dalam kemalangan di LPT semalam. Semoga ahli keluarga yang terselamat bersabar dengan ketentuanNya.

Ngeri! Ngeri!

Kami bertolak balik Kelate lepas Subuh pg tadi. Hiway sibuk dgn kereta. Gitu la ceritanya kat Bentong dan Raub. Byk kereta menghala Kuala Lipis so hubby lalu Sg Koyan. Lepas Padang Tengku dah start cam siput terus hubby decided lalu LPT. Yg ngerinya sebab kami nampak accident. Innova tu depan kami dalam 2/3 ratus meter. Tayar  pecah dan langgar divider. Punya la panik smpi hubby x jumpa cari hazard light. Kami berhenti jauh sikit. Lain2 kereta meluru ke depan. risau jugak takut ada yg tak sempat brek. Bila tgk kat tengah hiway rupa2nya ada orang. Dia duduk kat tengah2 hiway. I takut kalau2 tetiba ada pulak yg pi langgar. Sekejap aje hiway dah penuh dgn keta. ramai yg keluar bantu, hubby included. I called 999. Konon2 nk jadi good samaritan I called 999. Actually 1st time I called so I pun tak tau apa nak cakap. Dah la x aware dgn location. My advice, always  alert dgn location kita esp nearby landmark. Lps tu line putus. Entah brp kali hosp/polis nk confirm location kat mana walaupun I told them km 244.9. Go figure la! Mana I tau daerah mana. Call byk kali pulak tu. Adesss!!! Finally kereta start moving, I nampak yg dah tutup dgn surat khabar sorang. Yg tersadai kat divider tepi jalan tak gerak2 sorang tp x tutup paper. Hubby cakap kat bwah bukit ada jugak. Kami berhenti kat masjid somewhere in Cherating. I didn't realize that I was affected by the accident. I was shaking. Alhamdulillah was ok aft my prayers. For now, we continue our journey!

Barbie Cake Order by Min

Semalam macam penat sangat so lepas Zuhur I slept bangun terbabas sampai dah lepas Asar. Ting tong sekejap. Pukul 6 baru start nak masak kek. Butter pulak tak ingat nak keluarkan dar fridge, menunggu lagi!!! Last2 lepas Maghrib baru dapat bakar kek. Bake extra untuk bawak balik kg. Anyway, ni 1st time buat kek Barbie vanilla blueberry with fresh cream. Hope Min n bday girl love it. Anyway, thanks for the order Min. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Pukul 5 lebih I dah terbangun. Walaupun malam tadi tidur pukul 1 lebih, tetapi memandangkan kek perlu dihantar ke sekolah, automatik terjaga pukul 5 lebih tu. Lagipun, I ni penakut. Tak berapa lena tidur lepas berubat semalam. Tried my best to finish off decorating the cakes before the kids go to school. Unfortunately tak sempat jugak. Plus Nurin pulak muntah before ke sekolah. Tak pergi sekolah la jawabnya cik mek tu. Kek siap then I rush hantar ke sekolah. Dalam kereta, badan Nurin dah start panas. I pulak dah start ting tong coz penat n tak cukup tidur. Ok, will just post pix for now.... coz I want to zzzzzzzzzzzzz........

Pagi2 lagi dah start mengayak apa2 yang patut. Semangat berkobar2 sebab hari ni kena buat 3 kek. 2 tempahan oleh Diani dan 1 untuk jamuan birthday kat sekolah Nurin esok. Setakat pukul 10 ni, dah 4 adun kek siap dibakar. Actually 1 biji extra tu sebab masa bakar nampak macam tak memberangsangkan so I buat la lagi 1. Takpe, kot2 ada tetamu datang, boleh jamu kek coklat, ye tak?

Health Related : ni untuk perempuan aje!!! With Update

Oleh kerana usia pun semakin tidak menggalakkan...hehehe..... Ye la nak sampai level 4 dah kan, jadi marilah kita membuat pemeriksaan kesihatan. Jadi perempuan ni, macam-maca nak kena check. 2 minggu lepas, I pergi jumpa gynae. Dah alang-alang jumpa gynae, mintaklah dia buang IUCD dan buat pap smear sekali. Sebenarnya buat pap smear tak ada apa pun. Tak sakit kalau kita relax, cuma tarik nafas dan pasrah.....hehehe..... Btw, gynae yang I jumpa tu Dr Delailah di SDMC. Sekarang ada pilihan untuk cari doktor perempuan, jadi sudah tentu doktor perempuan pilihan I.

Wilton Better Baking Program -Series 1

Minggu lepas masa beli barang kat ICCA, I took some leaflets about the courses in ICCA. Belek punya belek, ada beberapa yang menarik perhatian. One of the courses is the one like my title. Untuk kursus ni, dia ada 2 hari yang kita boleh pilih iaitu hari Rabu dan Sabtu. Housewives (like me...hehe) can opt to go on Wednesday while those working can attend the classes on Saturday. It's a 4-day-course. The one I'm keen on going will be held for 4 consecutive Wednesdays. The dates are Nov 9,16,23 and 30. The time is from 11.00am to 4.00pm. As for the classes held on Saturdays, the dates are Nov 12,19,26 and Dec 4. Upon competion, we'll be awarded Wilton Baking Series 1 Certificate.

Melaka part 2

Lepak2 lepas Subuh sambil tunggu Naznin dan Nurin bangun. Perut dah lapar....eee....budak2 ni nak tunggu mama jadi singa la tu! Grrrr....finally semua siap dan kami pun check out dari hotel. Next, where n what to eat? Ok, since we were heading towards Ayer Keroh, we thought that we'll just drop by in any restaurants and eat. Try cari dalam GPS n we ended up dkt satu stall ni. Warung simple tp penuh. Takde tempat nak duduk. Mmm...kaciwa....next ternampak satu kedai tepi jalan...mmm...macam meriah aje...ok ada tempat kosong. Menu- nasi lemak, mee kari for Mak Long and soto for me. Not bad!

Historical Melaka

Actually dah lama tak melawat Melaka. Setakat lalu kat NSE hiway memang selalu tapi kali terakhir stay kat Melaka masa hubby kerja kat Affin. We stayed at A Famosa. Itu pun sebab family day. Ni request by Sarah nak melawat tempat-tempat bersejarah kat Melaka. Mula2 nak pergi minggu lepas tapi tak dapat bilik pulak. Biasalah, last minute plan memang macam tu.

Buat apa hari ni?

Pagi, start bake cuppies utk June. Kali ni cuba buat vanilla n vanilla blueberry cuppies. Lepas tu ada appointment dengan Dr Twink Lim yang comel aka my chiro. dah terlambat, apa lagi.... pecut tak hengat punya....oppps.... terlaju pulak....nasib baik keluar 10 lebih jalan ok, tak la sibuk. Terlupa pulak duit ada berapa hengget je....pit stop kat pam minyak tepi jalan Maarof. Dash in dash out...lewat 10 minit. Apa pun, I informed the receptionist so takde la dr Lim tertunggu2. Receptionist tu siap boleh sound, wah...you robbed the bank ka? So fast...She thought I was going to be really late. Kalau tak singgah bank sure punctual punya....sorry ye...bukan janji Melayu. Ini Melayu normally punctual tapi disebabkan klinik tak terima duit pelastik, so kena la singgah ATM ambik duit kertas. Session with Dr Lim was fun.


Ok, rushed home coz gotta bake more cuppies and Diani's cake. Finally finished decorating the, cuppies aound 8pm....Total cuppies that I made were more than 60. 50 for June and the rest were eaten by my crew....

Hey, it was far from over. Gotta start on Diani's cake. Finally finished on Diani's cake around 11.30. Ouch...my feet hurt! Hopefully Diani and Naim will enjoy the cake.

Outing cum dating....

Hubby and I decided to go for a massage at Thai Oddyssey, 1 Utama. Unfortunately, when we reached 1 Utama, the roads were already congested. We thought there was a valet parking. Instead, it's Premium Parking and already full. We haven't eaten at that time so we decided to eat at Restoran Fatmawati in Damansara Perdana. Unfortunately, the road heading towards Curve/Damansara Perdana was also congested. Already fed-up with the situation, we decided to go elsewhere. What about the massage? Huh! Cancelled! How to enter 1 Utama??? Lastly we had lunch at Chef & Brew. I had lamb chop while hubby had chicken teriyaki(not sure of the spelling coz I've never been a Japanese food lover!). Oh, kids requsted Famous Amos cookies. Sorry kiddos! Mama wasn't able to buy coz we also went to Subang Parade and again same thing happened....we weren't able to enter the carpark. Hehe....bought Rocky instead! Nasib baik tak komplen. Okie... That's all for today. As for tomorrow, I'm meeting Lilot for lunch. I gotta remind myself to go to ICCA and buy stuff. Promised myself that I won't go to Bagus coz the staffs' attitude not so bagus! Ciao for today....will update tomorrow!
